P3 Built — Email Signature Generator

Fill in your details, copy your signature, then follow the setup steps for your platform.

  1. Fill in your details above and click Copy Signature — the button will turn green when it's ready.
  2. Open Outlook, then in the menu bar click Outlook → Settings.
  3. Click Signatures.
  4. Click the + button to create a new signature and give it a name (e.g. P3 Built).
  5. Click inside the signature editor, press Cmd+A to select everything, then Delete to clear it.
  6. Press Cmd+V to paste your signature.
  7. Use the dropdowns at the top to set it as the default for New Messages and Replies/Forwards.
  8. Close Settings — you're all set!
Tip: Open this file in Chrome (not Safari) before copying — Chrome produces a cleaner clipboard format that the New Outlook for Mac signature editor handles more reliably. After pasting, click into the signature name field before closing Settings to make sure the save is triggered.

  2. Open Outlook and navigate to Signatures:
    Classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
    New Outlook: click the gear icon ⚙ → Mail → Signatures
  3. Click New, give it a name (e.g. P3 Built), and click OK.
  4. Click inside the signature editor, press Ctrl+A to select everything, then Delete to clear it.
  5. Press Ctrl+V to paste your signature.
  6. Use the dropdowns to set it as the default for New messages and Replies/forwards.
  7. Click OK to save — you're all set!
Tip: Always paste with Ctrl+V, not Ctrl+Shift+V. The plain-text shortcut strips the formatting and colors.
  1. On your iPhone, open this file in Safari.
  2. Fill in your details, then tap and hold inside the signature preview box until the select menu appears. Tap Select All, then Copy.
  3. Open the Outlook app and tap your profile picture or initials in the top-left corner.
  4. Tap the gear icon ⚙ at the bottom to open Settings.
  5. Tap Signature.
  6. Tap inside the signature field, select all existing text, and delete it.
  7. Tap and hold, then tap Paste.
  8. Tap the checkmark ✓ or tap outside the field to save.
Note: Bold, links, and layout should paste correctly. Colors (the red P3, gray text) may or may not carry over depending on your Outlook app version — this is a known Microsoft inconsistency. If colors are missing it's not something you did wrong.
  1. On your Android device, open this file in Chrome.
  2. Fill in your details, then tap and hold inside the signature preview box until the select menu appears. Tap Select All, then Copy.
  3. Open the Outlook app and tap the hamburger menu ☰ in the top-left corner.
  4. Tap the gear icon ⚙ at the bottom to open Settings.
  5. Tap your email account, then tap Signature.
  6. Tap inside the signature field, select all existing text, and delete it.
  7. Tap and hold, then tap Paste.
  8. Tap the checkmark ✓ to save.
Note: Bold, links, and layout should paste correctly. Colors (the red P3, gray text) may or may not carry over depending on your Outlook app version — this is a known Microsoft inconsistency. If colors are missing it's not something you did wrong.
